We require a non refundable preorder deposit for limited edition Plush Plumo and Isabelles bears. We don’t require a deposit for non limited edition Charlie Bears.

You will receive a notification on arrival of the Bear. You will be sent an actual photo so you can choose which bear you would like. If lay-buying please pay deposit with-in 24 hours, If purchasing out-right please pay with-in 48 hours. If no payment has been made within that time the bear is returned to stock.
