TO SECURE YOUR PREORDER

A non refundable preorder deposit is required for limited edition Plush Plumo and Isabelle bears.  This year we are also asking for a small 20%   deposit for non limited edition Charlie Bears.

You will receive a notification on arrival of the Bear. You will be sent an actual photo so you can choose which bear you would like. This needs confirming as soon as possible. If lay-buying please pay your layby deposit with-in 24 hours of making your choice If purchasing out-right please pay with-in 24 hours also.
