We require a non refundable preorder deposit of $100.00 for limited edition Plush Plumo and Isabelle bears. We require a non refundable deposit of $40.00 for non limited edition Charlie Bears.

You will receive a notification on arrival of the Bear. You will be sent an actual photo so you can choose which bear you would like. If lay-buying, your pre-0rder deposit will be applied but please pay another lay-buy deposit within 24 hours of notification and photo.  If purchasing out-right please pay with-in 24 hours.

We cannot hold the bear if a payment has not been made within that time, as we have other people on the wish list.
